Returns

You are eligible to return or exchange the items you purchased that are unused, unworn and in same condition as delivered and still have the tag attached. You can claim a refund or choose to exchange with other items on the website by intimating us within 15 days upon receipt.

You can claim a refund or choose to credit the amount to your Loco Account as well and you can use it to make other purchases from our website whenever you want. Your account does not expire.

Refunds will be made only on transactions made with Credit Card/ Debit card/ Net Banking. Cash on Delivery orders will not be refunded in cash. COD refunds will be credited to your Loco Account and you can use it for future purchases from our store.

Do ensure the item(s) is intact and in original condition. Upon receipt of the article at the warehouse, it is inspected and accordingly a refund transaction is initiated. If the item is found damaged or altered, it is returned to the customer.

We do not take returns on discounted items.

Arrange for a Pickup

Please retain the item to be returned, packaging and invoice/ returns form in a sealed package and address it to the following:
